Wrist Straps

Use the wrist straps to connect to the bands for various exercise configurations including wrist to wrist, wrist to waist belt or wrist to opposite knee strap

Waist belt with multiple rings attachments

The waist belt provides compression support around the lower back and helps facilitate core activation. The multiple ring attachments allow for the bands to be thread through, or attached to, for challenging the core in different directions. The non-slip material on the inside prevents torsioning of the belt

Core Configuration

Step 1: Attach wrist and Knee staps

The wrist and knee straps are labeled left and right. Ensure the left and right lable on the knee straps is 3 inches directly above the knee cap so the metal loops are on the inside of the leg

Step 2: Attach the waist belt

The waist belt should be positioned so the quantum logo is directly in line and below the belly button

Step 3: Attach 25" nylon band 1 left wrist

Attach one of the 25" nylon bands to the left wrist and thread the band through the INNER center ring on the waist belt below the quantum logo so it attaches to the inside back ring of the right knee strap

Step 4: Attach 25" nylon band 2 right wrist

Attach another one of the 25" nylon bands to the right wrist and thread the band through the OUTER center ring on the waist belt below the quantum logo (crossing over the other band) so it attaches to the inside back ring of the left knee strap

Step 5: Connect the knee straps

Connect the small 5" nylon band to the left and right knee staps via the front metal loops closest to the knee cap

Step 6: Adjusting the band tension

Finally, to increase the tension on the 25" bands thread them through the back loop on the knee straps and connect to the front loop. To further increase the tension, the bands can be thread through an extra loop of the waist belt or wrapped through the wrist straps
